| right dont laugh this is a serious question,i want to apply for a shotgun cert do i need to have land to shoot over before applying [a mate who seems to be an expert in everything says i do] ......yis eyass |

| no you don't mate. you can just put down that it is for clay pigeon shoots on private grounds :D my friend has been granted his by putting this and also just say it to the fao (firearms officer) when here does his visit :D |
