| does anyone do any lamping? have you got any little tricks you do i.e dont run up beam, turn beam off then walk/run closer? |

| i got told that if with another person let them hold the lamp on the rabbit, fox then u walk along the outside of the beam close enuff to shoot it |

Never come across this one before .
Once you spot the animal your going to shoot put the light off walk up closer if you need to then flick the lamp across the area again if its still there knock the lamp off .
get ready for the shot and have the other guy put the lamp back on take the shot if safe to do so
